Who we are
MSPHustle is a marketing agency for managed service providers, operated by Alaukik K. Singh from India. In this policy, “MSPHustle,” “we,” “us” and “our” mean MSPHustle, and “you” means anyone who visits msphustle.com or contacts us.
We are responsible for the personal information described in this policy. If you have any questions, contact us.
Information we collect
Information you give us
| Where | What we collect |
|---|---|
| Free audit form | Your name, work email, your company’s website, your main marketing goal and, if you choose to share it, your monthly marketing budget. |
| Contact form | Your name, email, your company’s website if you add it, the topic you pick and your message. |
| Email and calls | Anything you choose to share when you email us or speak with us, such as details about your business. |
Information collected automatically
- Server logs. Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records technical information such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you request and the time of your visit. This is used to keep the site running and secure.
- Fonts. Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google’s servers and shares your IP address with Google.
Public business information
When you request an audit, we review information that is already public, such as your company website, Google Business Profile, search rankings and visible ads. This is information about your business, though it may include names or photos your business has published.
We do not ask for, and you should not send us, sensitive information such as passwords, payment card numbers or health information.
How we use your information
- To respond to you when you send a message or request.
- To prepare and deliver your free audit, including the recorded video review and recommendations.
- To follow up about your audit and our services, if relevant to your request. You can ask us to stop at any time.
- To provide services if you become a client, under the terms we agree with you.
- To run and protect our website, including preventing spam and abuse.
- To meet legal obligations, such as keeping business records.
We do not use your information for automated decision-making that has legal or similarly significant effects on you.
Legal bases for processing
Where data protection laws such as the GDPR, the UK GDPR or India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act require a legal basis, we rely on:
- Consent, when you submit a form and ask us to contact you or prepare an audit. You can withdraw consent at any time.
- Contract, when we need the information to provide services you have asked for.
- Legitimate interests, such as running a secure website and following up on business enquiries, where those interests are not overridden by your rights.
- Legal obligation, when the law requires us to keep or disclose information.
Emails from us
If you contact us or request an audit, we’ll email you about that request. We may also send a small number of follow-up emails about our services that relate to what you asked for. Every marketing email includes a way to opt out, and we honor opt-out requests promptly and in any case within 10 business days. We do not add you to unrelated mailing lists.
International transfers
MSPHustle is operated from India and serves clients mainly in the United States. Our service providers may store or process information in the United States, India or other countries. Where we transfer personal information across borders, we rely on providers with appropriate safeguards and only transfer what is needed for the purposes in this policy.
How long we keep it
- Audit requests and contact messages: up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless you become a client or ask us to delete them sooner.
- Client information: for the length of our working relationship and as long afterwards as needed for legal, tax or accounting purposes.
- Server logs: kept by our hosting provider for a limited period under its own retention settings.
How we protect it
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), restricted access to our website administration, and keeping our software up to date. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we will act promptly and notify you where required by law if a breach affects your information.
Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete
- Delete your information
- Object to or restrict certain processing, including follow-up emails
- Withdraw consent you have given
- Receive a copy of your information in a portable format
- Nominate someone to exercise your rights on your behalf, where Indian law provides for this
- Complain to a data protection authority
We extend these choices to everyone, wherever you live. To make a request, contact us. We may need to confirm your identity first, and we aim to respond within 30 days. We will not treat you differently for exercising your rights.
Children
Our website and services are intended for businesses and are not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us information, please contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our services or the law change. When we do, we’ll change the “last updated” date at the top of this page, and for significant changes we’ll make that clear on the website. This version was last updated on October 10, 2026.
